Chairman and Director appointed to PHMT
Bringing international experience in successful technology commercialisation to PHM Technology

Australian software developer PHM Technology (PHMT) today announced the appointment of a new Chairman and Director to the Company.
Mr Roland Thomas was appointed Chairman of PHMT after several years as a member of the PHMT Advisory Board. Mr Thomas brings a formidable track record of successful technology commercialisation to the Company.
"Roland has direct experience in successfully growing a specialist engineering analysis software company from Melbourne, to a business listed on the NASDAQ with 6,000 deployments in 15 countries and over US$60 million in annual sales," said CEO Mr Chris Stecki. "PHM Technology has similar growth intentions. Roland's experience will be invaluable to help guide us through the next phases of commercialisation and growth."
Mr Assaf Shamia was appointed a Director of PHMT as the representative of the Venture Capital Unit of Siemens (SVC) in Germany following their recent investment in the Company. Mr Shamia has operational experience in software start-ups, lectured on entrepreneurship and over 15 years venture capital experience before he took the role of Investment Principal at SVC in 2015.
"Assaf brings a wealth of operational and transactional expertise to the PHM Technology board," said Mr Stecki. "while his role at SVC provides PHMT with insight into the technology trends that are impacting engineering organizations globally and how we can best position MADe to take advantage of them."
